Hi everyone; i'm a 27 year old male and since November of last year I've lost 40 pounds; I was at 285 and am now down to 245. Today for the first time I went a mile on the treadmill and am motivated by how much I've lost, but I'm hoping to get advice on how to do this right. Now that I've got a good start I can start on the other 100lbs or so and get advice to do it right.
Really all I've done so far is cut calories and played basketball since March or so. I don't know what to do diet wise to prevent excess skin, and if I've lost too much already and how much I can lose to prevent complications. Hopefully I can contribute on here too. Looking forward to meeting some new people~!
