HEY EVERYONE HOW YALL DOIN. I GAVE BIRTH 6MONTHS NOW AND THOUGH I'M NOT FAT FAT I COULD STILL STAND TO LOSE WEIGHT. AT LEAST I KNOW I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE STRUGGLING. I WAS A SIZE TWO WHO NEVER EVEN APPRECIATED IT AND NOW I WOULD GIVE ANYTHING TO BE THAT AGAIN. I USE TO BE 120LBS NOW I'M A WHOPPING 157. DURING PREGNANCY I GAINED 50 LBS WHICH PUT AT ALMOST 180LBS, SO I HAVE LOST SOME WEIGHT BUT ITS DIFFICULT AND FRUSTRATING TO LOSE THESE PESKY 30 LBS AND GET MY BELLY BACK IN SHAPE HELP!!!!!

i HAVE QUICK QUESTION, IF ANYONE COULD ANSWER, HOW LONG DID IT TAKE FOR YOUR BELLY TO GO DOWN, STOP LOOKING LIKE YOUR PREGNANT. i GAVE BIRTH SIX MONTHS AGO AND I LOOK LIKE I'M 4 MONTHS PREGNANT:( . ANY SUGGESTIONS LADIES?

Hi Matt's Mom!

Hi Matt's Mom! :D

Welcome! I am new too! I have a 6 month old son as well! Aren't they WONDERFUL!!

Just keep eating healthy and exercising (cardio and I LOVE crunches on the ball to get rid of the tummy!)

I wore a supportive girdle for the first 4 months and it helped to retrain me to hold my abs in to support my lower back (not suck in my stomach) - plus I looked pretty good with it on! LOL :D

After that I started doing Pilates again and walking. Pilates is another great way to work those core muscles as well. Now, I jog, do Pilates and/ or resistance training to really kick this weight loss into high gear.

Oh, one more tip - I work from home PT and when I am working on the computer or even watching TV I sit on my stability ball. It creates an unstable seat and helps to really work your core with little effort on your part. Anyway, welcome and I hope this helps a little bit! ;)
