Sport New to the forum - Looking for advice

Heya, I'm new to the forum, and recently decided to stop being lazy and start working out/eating right.

24 years old
Male
5'6
204 lbs
Bodyfat - unknown

I'm looking to lose 25-30 pounds, and tone up a bit also. My plan is to workout during the night since I don't have much time in the mornings.

Here is what I plan to do with my meals, and where I need advice for the right direction.

Meal 1 - 8:00 AM
Wheat type of Cereal with Milk
Fruit

Snack - 10:30 AM
Fruit/Veggie


Meal 3 - 12:30 PM
Salad with Dressing
Meat (Chicken\Beef,etc.)

Snack - 3:00 PM (Might be forced to skip, depending on how busy work is)
Fruit/Veggie

Meal 4 - 6:00 PM Pre-workout Meal
Some type of meat
Veggies
Rice/Pasta

Meal 6 - 7:30 PM - Post-Workout meal
Not sure, need recommendations

From your description, that sounds like a really low caloric intake. Do you have any idea what your caloric needs are?
 
I hope I did the English BMR right, it should be:

2011.92

edit: If I did the math right, that amount x the amount of work/exercise - weight loss % = 2704
