A lot of us are just starting out for the new year. I've lost TWO POUNDS since Monday I can't even believe it. I started a hardcore diet and exercise plan and what has really helped me is that I'm blogging every day. Even if people are only reading it and not commenting and it motivates one person to work harder the next day, I feel like I'm not just doing something for myself but for other people.
