Hello All - I have been battling weight loss for most of my life... I have learned a lot along the way, and I am here to get some new ideas and help motivate others as well.
What techniques have you used and do you plan to use to help you lose weight?
I'd suggest looking around the forum, particularly at the sticky sections (they contain some invaluable advice), the before/ after section (for inspiration), and the diary section (to see what other people are doing and how).
