Hello all, my name is Ryan and I'm 21. I've been lifting steadily since I made it a part of my lifestyle in middle school. I began lifting after school for football and I haven't stopped. I play all kinds of sports in high school including football, wrestling, soccer and swimming so I'm always down to talk about that stuff. I weigh in at 186 currently and flutuate a pound or two of water weight. I haven't been tested for my body fat resently but the last time I got it tested I was at 180 and it was 9.8%. Not bad but could be a lot better. I've been reading some of the threads on this site and everyone seems to be very interested in learning and sharing their ideas on gym routines so I figured I'd join up. If anyone is in or around the Richmond, VA area I'm always looking for gym partners because mine recently joined the Army and shipped out.
