New to the board

Hello everyone, new to the board, not so new to the health &
fitness lifestyle... although my main occupation is personal training I
am also actively involved in my community with helping neglected and
abused children. I give several foster homes regular visits and do what I
can to improve these kids' quality of life, including healthy food
choices and a more active lifestyle.

My main hobby and passion is competing as a top amateur
bodybuilder in my state of Florida...that and my personal training
business really go hand in hand. I am always eager to learn from and exchange opinions and experiences with others about anything that involves fitness,fat loss, and muscle building...and in a nutshell, how to improve our quality of life through proper exercise, nutrition, and supplementation.

For years I have suffered of a gluten problem by the way, and was wondering if any of you has had a similar experience and how you coped with it...
