Hey everyone. A friend of mine told me about this forum and thought I'd join. I work out 5 days a week, 3 days weights, 2 days cardio and Sunday is cheat day.:eating: I eat pretty healthy and I found some good info in the nutrition section. I would also like to get certified as a PT and found great comparisons on the PT section.
In any case I'm hear to learn as much as I can from some of the experts... so I hope to see ya'll around. :sport:
