new to site

hi everyone,

im 20 year old and have been overweight for most of my life (as long as i can remember), im 5'2 and currently 60kg (but usually 62-64kg). i did loose weight about 4 years ago and got upto a nice healthy 52 kg(not completely toned though), but now im harder to find the time,motivation etc. i work, study and have houe responsibilties...wondering if anyone has any tips or motivation. im female. diet tips nutrition and exercise help would be appreciated, i am aiming to loose 5 kgs in the next month and then the other 4-5 kilos in 2-3 months after tht.
 
Keep a food journal of everything you take in. Every last thing, even the one jelly bean you ate at the doctors office. Keep those calories low and find those calorie dense things you can cut out of your diet. Track it for a month, and be as strict about it as you can be.

Don't buy diet pills or any contraption that targets your stomach. They are a waste of money, instead join a gym or buy yourself a nice pair of running shoes and get out there. Make certain you do cardio and lift weights, but you shouldn't need to work out more than 45 minutes a day, 3 days a week to see results, as long as you stick to that diet.
