I found this site just looking for fitness sites through google.
Read a few posts and this seems like the place to be the get answers and of course, at a later date... maybe give advice myself.
I'm a 25yr old male who has had it suddenly dawn on him, that he's maybe not as fit as he used to be when he was 16!
I thought my work kept me fit, as I am moving all day, doing plenty lifting and walking throughout the day, but alas... it hasn't.
My weight has been constantly about the same for the past 6 months and my BMI is healthy. But the problem I have is that my cardio fitness is low. Also, there is little to no definition in my physique.
I used to goto the gym a few years back, but never really knew why and failed to really get results. Now I have a goal, to decrease body fat and put some bulk on in terms on muscle.
It's mainly vanity that I'm doing this, but I know at the end of the day, I want to be healthy and this will benefit me in years to come, if I stick at it.
