help me lose it

Hey all, I'm not only new to this forum, but new to forums in general. By way of background I've been up and down with my weight over the years. In my first year university I gained 40, then lost 50 over the following 3 years. I was reciently put on medication and I gained 20 pounds over 1 month. I'm coming to this site with the hopes of finding others that are in a similar situation, or just ones that can give me the added kick in the butt that I need occassionally.
 
Yes I did I managed to ride my bike to work 20minutes, swim for 30mintues and then I taught Aqua-fitness for 1hour, (i was in the water so i got the same workout that they did.) I have also started to look into the GI diet. to use some of it's ideas. Did you workout today
 
Being a college student is so frustrating when you're trying to lose weight! I hope you find a lot of great ideas for staying on track here.

I find it really hard to manage my school, work and working out. I work 545am until 230pm everyday then go to school after that. I'm exhausted, and most of the time make it to the gym but there is at least one day where I don't make it. I completely understand how hard it is to manage everything. Even though working out is extremely important to me... it got put on the back burner for a bit
