Hello, My name is Lonni, I am from Ohio. I am new to the forum and am glad that I was able to find it.
I own a fitness center/tanning salon in a small town and love helping people reach their fitness goals of being healthy and fit.
I am looking forward to meeting some new ppl on here with the same thoughts or helping those who may have hit a plateau in their fitness goals or who may just need some new ideas.
