About myself

Well, I'm a bit sheepish to say that my weightloss goal is only about 5 pounds but I've been struggling to lose it for the past 2 years. I work out regularly (both cardio and weights) about 3-4 / week but find that I can't control my appetite. I eat very healthy but I think I consume too much for my body size which is petite.

I'm hoping to get some insight on this forum. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
 
Too much energy consumed, no matter how healthy, will hinder any weight loss.
