New To forum needs advice.

Hello i am 16 years old and 5'6 330 lbs. I have played sports and excersized alot but this is not helping me lose weight. I am starting to cut back on fat and calories but need some advice. I am cutting back to 1500 calories and less than 40 grams of fat. Is this too much??? Any info would help alot. Thank you.

Are you currently playing sports and exercising? Or did you used to?

Why low fat? Fat is very helpful in losing fat. Its very hard to stick to a diet eating only 1500 calories for anyone, and you have a lot of room at your current weight to play around with higher calorie amounts.

I struggle to eat only 2500 calories a day, but everyone is different.
