New to forum needing help!

Hi there I am a 25 yr old mother of 2 and the past year of my life my weight has gotten out of control
I have gone from a healthy weight of 120lbs to 196 Lbs in 8 months I am in my opinion an emotional eater Iam at wits end with how the weight has impacted my life I have never dealt with being over weight before and am hoping somebody could give me some advice or talk with me. Thanks for reading.

I've found the easiest way to lose weight is through calorie counting. It sounds grueling, but it really isn't. If you're not ready to jump right into it, perhaps you should write down the foods you're eating for the next week. Then analyze it to find your weaknesses.

Start exercising by walking. It's the best way to acustom yourself to exercise. It's enjoyable and not too demanding.
