okay i started without weighing myself and still havent i started around 260+ dont know been walking for 1 month 2 miles a day then i started a week ago 8 miles a day which is like 3 and a half hours how long with this workout and healthy eating plan to get to my normal weight which is 170 any tips i would like thanks guys

There is no guarantee you will lose anything. Healthy eating plan could mean anything. A calorie deficit of 500 calories per day will cause you to lose approximately a pound per week. That is, you must eat 500 calories less than you burn.

I really think you should weigh yourself, or if you can't do that, then take some measurements - your waist, your arms, your legs, etc. There should be some way for you to measure your progress. Otherwise, there is no way for you to know if you are doing anything right.

I don't necessarily think it is a good idea to hurry your weight loss up. You should be looking at it as a permanent lifestyle change, not a way to lose a specific amount of weight in a specific time.

If I were you, I'd sign up for an account on a free weight loss journal like Fitday.com or or download to track your calories and other nutrition.

I know that some people lose weight without counting calories; however I have no experience with those methods. Calorie counting is what works for me.
