Hi everyone.
I'm setting out to lose some weight, and I just want to be able to talk about it somewhere with people who aren't going to give me the evil eye!

Welcome to the forum. Start a diary - it is a great place to vent and you can visit other diaries and see what other people are doing.

I suggest you check out the clubs and challenges - they are great places to meet people too.
