Hi everyone,
Here is a little something about me. I am new to fitness and exercising. I didn't really pay much attention before with working out since i often gain weight and lose them almost immediately. But i realized that through age, it takes too much time to lose the weight I gained and it took take years to lose the weight. The heaviest I got was 145lbs. and that would be obese with my height of 5'1. I get frustrated because I cannot buy the clothes I want, i get sick often and due to frustration I again turn to food for comfort. I consulted a doctor to know why I cant lose the weight no matter how I try and discovered that I retain food and cannot digest well , as well as developed a very embarrassing internal masses. i feared for my health and started to change my lifestyle, eating habits and discipline. Lost 5 pounds in a month and another and another the following month soon after a year I lost 30lbs. then maintained it for a year. to make my story short, I have maintained the weight of 110 for 2 years now. But lately i am gaining weight and had to do the inevitable. EXERCISE!
So now i frequent the gym, during MWF I do TRX and everyday work with a personal trainer so I can continue maintaining the weight I lost, tone my muscles and improve my health!. My goal is to tone my body and loose the weight i gained.
I am looking forward to get to know the people in this community and learn from you. I am also looking forward for your inputs and suggestions.
