new to all this... so beware of dumb question.

i plan to join the gym. during a 7 day week... lets say if i worked out my biceps on a monday, how many days should i rest before i work on my biceps again?

also, how many days in a week should i work out my abs?

Abs:2-3 times a week at most.
Biceps:Throw them in for a couple sets after you get down with the rest of your upper body or pulling day.
 
okay so in other words, is it safe to say that i work out my biceps once a week or twice a week?

same goes for triceps.
