Hi everyone,
I am going to give this a really big effort and hope to get some great ideas from you guys and support :):):)
I am male, 38, 177cms and weighing in at a knee crushing, back breaking 128kgs / 282lbs. I was once upon a time a professional rugby player, but after having a family, blah blah blah I stopped pretty much everything. 3 years ago I started boxing, got into shape after 6 months of hard graft, decided to play rugby again and tore my ACL. This was repaired 12 months ago, but because I have piled on the weight again, i really struggle to with my knee. Anyway, last month i stopped smoking (29 days actually, but who's counting!!!!) and it is great. I also don't have any urges. Now, if I can do that, I am sure I can lose weight and start training. But this has not been the case. Yet!! I am just about to by the Flat belly for men book and see if that helps. My frame of mind is nearly there, but really need to focus and share my weaknesses / frustrations, but I also hope to share my success stories with you guys. So there you have it. I also have a great wife and 2 magic boys 9 and 5. I want to make sure I can see them get older and play with them along the way :)
