New spin on breakfast

Try some salsa on your scrambled egg whites.

Put some cinnamon and 2 packets of splenda (or fresh fruit, even better) in your oatmeal. I like Malt-o-meal more than oatmeal myself.

I toss a tablespoon of natural peanut butter (chunky) in my oatmeal, with 1 splenda and some cinnamon.
complex carbs, fiber, essential fats - will slow the absorbtion of protein, so a whey shake or MRP makes for a good pairing.
round out with a banana, orange or some mixed berries.

Ground flaxseed meal

Flax seeds contain all the essential omega fatty acids and good amt of fiber along with protein. (look up the health benefits online) One of which it reduces cholesterol levels.

But every morning I put 1 serving (2 TBS= 60calories, 4g fiber, 0 carbs) in my (Fiber One, or Kellogs Fiber Buds)cereal or oatmeal with splenda, cinnamon, or *pumpkin spice*

You can also sprinkle it on salads or put inside yr peanut butter & jelly sandwich or mix w/peanut butter and eat on crackers or celery.

You only get the health benefits from flax seeds if they're ground up, so if you buy them whole blend them in the blender with your smoothies or protein shakes, otherwise just get them pre-ground & prepackaged (Bob's Mill?) if your going to add it to stuff. THey also replace oil in baked goods, so not only are you cutting out bad fats and replacing them with good fats, you're increasing your fiber intake.

ill look in that section.
