I strip down to a t-bar. It's usually done in a club locally but I also do private parties. Ya know, the knock at the door, you're under arrest, I strip. That kinda thing.

What are your stats, ie height, weight & bf%.

Also, what is your waste/pants size? <--- no, im not being filthy haha.

I'm 6 feet tall. 184 pounds and I vary about 2 pounds of water weight. I have no idea what my body fat is, sorry bro. My waist is a measured 29 but I can do a 30 in pants. I usually like to keep it a 31 just to gave the boys some room.
 
yeah about the abs, how did you get them so hyoooge and ripped? you dont look as ripped on the rest of you're body as at youre abs..
 
I'm not exactly sure why the abs pop. I'm actually in my bulking phase and I'm trying to get up to 200 pounds over the winter. I have a great metabolism and I drink a ton of water. Mostly the abs are in the diet though but I'm sure I don't have to tell you guys that. I stay away from fast food and soda and yada yada yada. Best food though is buffalo. Great source of protein so hit that up. It could be because I was flexing the abs and nothing else. Not sure.

Its amazing how definition makes someone look so much bigger than they really are.

You have done absolutely fantastic mate. Keep up the good work and thanks for the stats - it gives me a much better idea of how things working.

Im guessing you BF would be around the 10-11% mark - although they say abs show below 10%, i think we are a well build fella.

Thanks Wesky. And I doubt very seriously that anyone wants to see me in my t-bar. It's basically a G-string with a lit more room in the front for "projection." It's a good job and I enjoy it. Check out my MySpace because I have more pictures there.
