New, seeking help

Hi, I am 15 years old, 6'3 and the last time I weighed myself was a year ago and I was 150 pounds but I'm heavier now. I am pretty skinny and would like to build up some muscle. I have a Weider machine downstairs and a bench pressing machine too but I just don't know where to start.

My goal is to start working out more often (I do it like once a week) and gain some muscle and weight. I would like to know how to start, what to do, how to plan out my workout week, what shakes might be good and so on.

I am looking for someone to point me in the right direction, if you can, please post useful advice, thanks a lot :D
