Hello there everyone, My name's Rebecca I'm about 20 years of age now (or will be in a few days) & I'm looking to lose weight.

I have to admit i'm scared, because i've had problems in the past with bulimia and i'm terrified of relapse as sometimes i start to feel the way i use to about my weight i really want to lose weight the healthy way the worst thing that could happen is for me to relapse to bulimia and that is why it's such a terrifying thing for me to do, it's only been about a year since i fully got over my illness i say that but, i still throw up sometimes it never entirly leaves, i really need advice and support on how to stave off the bulimia and keep track to the stay healthy track, kinda thing.

It's my boyfriend i wish to do this for, i know thats not entirly right but, i wouldnt be doing it if it wasnt for him basicly because im too scared of the bulimia coming back, let's hope i can do this without getting myself in a mess

It's good to have atleast found a forum to talk to people who also want to lose weight.

:seeya: that's my story anyways i hope to see everyone around in the near future.

Rebecca

Hi Rebecca,

I found your story really moving as one of my closest friends is currently overcoming the same thing. I have just sent her an email saying she should join and speak with you but I am not sure if she is really ready but I think it would be really good for her to talk to someone whos experienced it exactly.

I tried many things in my weight loss efforts and gave up so many times. But I have recently started the trim in 20 program from mysummerbody and I have found it really helpful. Ive only just started - I am in week one now; So if you wanted to do it together we can keep eachother motivated and consistenly check in?

Just let me know, It would be great to have a buddy!
