EAS is 'ok' whey protein. its cheap but there's nothign fancy about it. when i used to buy it, it tasted ok and mixed ok.

for creatine, just take 5 grams per day, every day. no more, no less, no 'off days'. if you are really concerned, for your weight 3 grams a day would probably be sufficient too. 5 grams wouldn't be 'too much' for your body to process though.

^^ Yep. I've been taking it for over a year and wouldn't go to anything else...main reason is because it dissolves really fast and very yummy and offcourse for hard gainer it's the best.:beer2:

Has anybody tried the new stuff t-nation is pushing: GROW!™ BIOACTIVE WHEY?

I tried thier old version of Grow and thier Metabolic Drive® Low-Carb
Micellar Casein Whey Isolate and both seemed to as good as anything else I have tried.

Been taking this one for over a week now and its the first protein shake that I can actually stomach just mixed with water!

The Whey proteins gives the body with the essential construction blocks to make amino acids that are utilized for construction sinew tissue. Whoa! Nearly every bodybuilder understands the significance of protein supplementation.

Use it as a supplement if ever not as the main food.
