I have been battling my weight since I was a young child, always feeling down about myself and comforting that with more food. Its a horrible cycle..but its true.. you eat to feel better =( I was searching new ways to loose weight an i found this site
you switch off your diets day to day.. and if you really stick with it, you LOOSE the weight.. i am down from 225 to 165 =) be patient and exercise.. even just taking a walk a day an you can really do it! i am so happy i have.. so check it out.. if it looks like something you could do.. try it out.
