Hi all! Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I've spent the last year slacking big time on exercise and eating whatever due to a yo-yo diet. This time around I've decided to be smarter about things.
My new plan consists of exercise with EA Sports Active 2 and a good diet plan. It's been almost 2 months now following this plan, and I've lost around 8 lbs and a few inches, yay! I started at 152 and am trying to get down to 120 or so. I'm only 5'3" so this seems like a good goal for me
