Hi all, I am 30 and 6'5". I have tried most of the well known diets and yo yo'd all my life. A while ago I started on yet another diet (think we all know that feeling) anyhow, I have dropped from 31stone to 21st 3lbs only another 80 lb's to go!!!! YAY!!!!!
I have been using a portion control system called diet plate, it worked for me. Anyhow its nice to see a friendly place to chat on, I will be back soon.
