hey guys
im wanting to shred about 10 k of fat! :)
i am a personal trainer , and work at health food store,
customers always come to me for weightloss and nutritional advice, and often they look down at my body... it really hurts me.
im not big. but i am wantign to get the last 10 kilos off my body, and be slim for sumerr and for life. i am wanting a BMI of 19 (IT IS HEALTHY!!) currently sitting at bmi of 22 and at 64 kilos.
so i work with a nutritionist, and she is going to help me - im giving her my food diary
and i am seeing a personal trainer - 2 times a week (days i have trouble exercising)
my main problem is saturdays if i dont train , i eat takeaway (subway ect), and binge drink . (10+ drinks) yuck...
my plan is to do the simple. burn more calories than i take in.
if i limit to 1100 cals a day plus 60 minutes of running i should be fine.

my diet plan :

brekfast : 40g ripped banana protein shake
snack: 8 almonds
lunch: 40g ripped banana protein shake.
snack: 8 almonds
dinner: a pick between grilled chicken, turkey, salmon, fish. or tuna or egg whites. with as many low GI veggies (green veggies)
snack: either sperole tea, carrots, celery, popcorn (own popped)

supplements: hydroxycut MAX, CLA, hydroxy citric acid, multi, fish oil, MSM powder supplement, and herb sleeping capsule.

GOALS:
be a hard worker
run 60mins everyday
find a boyfriend
save my money for a trip to europe
