Hi,
I'm new on this forum.
Please don't notice my grammatical mistakes, I'm living in the Netherlands and it is a long time ago I learn English at school :eek: :eek:
I'm very short about 5"1 (155cm) and I weight about 88kg. So I have to lose about 30 kg to be healthy!
I'm especially interested in Cohen's lifestyle, I'm following the program since last week.

I've seen more mistakes than that from people who have spoken it their entire lives! I'm new too, hi.:)
