New need support badly

i would suggest you get also get support from those around you - let people know you are trying but above all i keep in mind the real reason i'm trying to lose weight: my health. if i dont lose weight my health is going to continue to get worse... i have problems with my feet, my lower legs... etc etc : this keeps me going now

Hi! Welcome and good luck. You will get lots of support here. Good advice above about starting a diary or a challenge and weighing yourself frequently. Tracking what you eat is also recommended! I never realized how much I was really eating until I started tracking it. :waving:
