new need help

Well im looking for a whole regimen pretty much i need workout and fitness help. I have to tone my thighs butt and arms and stomach if someone could tell me where to start that would be great.
 
I used the 'Body for Life' workout as a starting point, and that held really well for me. I've used it for about two or three years now and it's a great all-around program to get you started. Since then, I've experimented with plyometrics, isometrics, and bodyweight only exercises (ala Matt Furey) just to try things out. After eight months or so of playing with those, I back to something very close to that original regimen.

You will no doubt tune your workouts as you go along, but this will provide you with an excellent place to start and comes pretty complete with great info for new people.
