New moms?????

ok i have a 4 year old and a 5 month old...my 4 year old isnt the issue and really neither is my 5 month old(she has been sleeping through the night since she was a couple weeks old)
but i feel sooooo tired all the time..im hypoglycemic but i dont think that has anything to do with it.....im going to make a dr app today but is there anything she can prescribe me ??

Hey, how's everything going? Is your LO still STTN? Mine STTN for a bit but stopped at around 4 months. Her waking varies, she can wake once a night, 2-3 times, or every bloody 2 hours! I never know how it's going to be! Average is 2-3 times though.
