New Mom needs to get fit

Hey everyone i came across this forum and decided to jump right in. I am a 22 year old mom of a wonderful 10 month old baby girl and here in new england its starting to get warm out and of course that has me thinking...ugh i look terrible.
well about 2 years ago i lost 60lbs and then i had a miscarriage and gained some back, got pregnant and gained 14 back, lost 14 after my daughter was born and then gained that back plus some in the past few months. I guess im just feeling like i know i can do it i just need the support and motivation. i did it once right?? hah anyway i just want to be a fit and sexy momma!
 
A fit and sexy momma is a lovely image. You go girl!

Get yourself a diary on the weightloss diary section. I keep a daily food log and do my weight daily also. I have my own rules. I love keeping my diary. And there's nothing gonna stop me getting to my goal. which is now 55kg not 59kg. I'm gonna be fit and sexy too but it's a bit late for me to become a momma.

Welcome!!! I to am on the journey of postpartum weight loss. You have come to the right place for support and motivation! I agree with fourtyfour - you should start a diary it is a great place to record your progress and learning moments and a great venue to receive motivation and feedback!
 
You can do it again! Everyone has set backs every now and then, but the key thing is that you know you can do it. Use your child as motivation...it sets a good example for them that they can follow the rest of their lives.

Believe it or not, they do "watch" everything that you do. Good and bad!
