I came to a point in my life where I realized that I need to change my life. The only thing that's wrong with me is I don't like the number on the scale. At my last doctor visit everything is fine with me as far as blood pressure, not being a diabetic or any other health issues. I'm grateful that so far there's nothing medically wrong with me as far as health problems due to my size. I'm not at the point where I cant walk around or anything like that. I can still run around in the park with my son and stuff. I don't want to be where I'm the big girl riding around on a motorized scooter in the supermarket! I know some people are and I'm not making fun or them or anything like that, I'm not in any place to be making fun of anyone, no one is come to think of it. Anyways just wanted to give a little intro about me. And to mainly stay on track of eating healthy and getting into that gym a few times a week. My goal is to lose some weight and to not just keep up with playing with my son but to out play him!
