New member !

Whats up everyone, obviously im new to this forum and actually new to fitness forums all together!
Im 25 born and raised in Las Vegas, am huge into action / extreme sports including (snowboarding, wakeboarding, bmx, rollerblading, bouldering, and i race sport bikes) just to name a few haha. I love going to the gym and challenging myself, my main goals are to tone and build muscle (of course) and have recently started my own supplement business (but am not going to share info about it due to forum rules)

So yup, hi and you'll see me lurking around !!

I concur. You are very welcome here.

You will find building muscle will make a lot of the things you enjoy harder work. Carrying more weight over distance cycling and pulling it up a rock is not easy.
As a has been marathon runner who used to warm up at higher speeds than the target I am failing to hit now I can say that with some authority. Doesn't make it less enjoyable or mean the additional muscle mass is something I regret building, but worth noting.

Used to do a lot of bouldering for practice years ago. Generally better to make mistakes a few feet off the ground than when free climbing 50 feet or more up.
