Hi all,

I am a teacher living in Qatar, although I am not working at the moment. I found out in September that I am bipolar and the meds cause weight gain. It can controlled but I just have not done it and have put on a lot of weight. Just hoping to join a supportive community to help others and my self.

I am sorry about the medical condition - and the effect of the meds... I am sure that you will soon feel more in control of your weight and that it will be soon heading in the right direction... These things often take time - but you can do this.
