Hey guys, new here so i'll introduce myself
Im a 21yr old guy from Ireland.
Been at the weight loss from the start of October 2010, weighing in at a largely 21st (133kg) when i started, as of today, i now weigh 14st 8lbs (92.5kg).
I achieved this by major fasting and exercise, i know this is not the best or healthiest way to loose weight but drastic action needed to be taken and i feel so much better for it now.
My goal weight is 12st 7lbs (79.4kg) and i will achieve this by the summer, once at my goal weight i will then firm/tone up and build some muscle via the help of a personal trainer.
As im sure everyone knows, with major weightloss once complete, it leaves a lot of loose skin on your body, im looking for advice and tips on trying to reduce the amount of loose skin and to tighten my body in general, especially stomach and chest area.
What do you guys suggest my best course of action is?
