Welcome! It's tough when you start out, so it's best to start slow. Work with your diet, try to eat more veggies and fruits than you are now and try to eat less of things you know aren't good for you. Don't deprive yourself, but make a conscience effort to eat better things and try to increase them as you go along. Exercising is the same way. Start perhaps by walking, and work your way up as you gain confidence. Find an activity or sport you enjoy and implement that into your life, that'll make it much easier to stick to.
