I am a new member to this forum and thought I would say hi. I am pretty active person that works about 6 days a week. I enjoy running 5k's and the occasional half marathon.
 
Hi I am new also, I am training to run/walk my first 5k. any tips?

Make sure you have a great pair of shoes. I go to an actual running store and they fit me with a pair of shoes that are great for the type of feet that I have. Its a little more expensive but my knees thanks me for it.
