Hello everyone, I am new to this site. I am 27, 5 foot 4 and weigh 138lbs. My goal weight is 120lbs. I started my weight loss 2 years ago at 149lbs and lost 16lbs over 10 months. Since then my weight loss has gone up and down despite going to the gym 3-4 times a week every week. My problem is definitely eating! But, with a new year I have decided I want to get back on the weight loss wagon and finally shed the weight I set out to lose! I started on Monday and have been sticking to my calories and working out every day since then. So far, no shift on the scales but I am working hard and hope that over the next weeks and months I begin to get closer to my goal!

Good for you for working so hard to reach your goals!

Remember, the scales aren't the only telling factor - be sure to take measurements, so that you can SEE the benefit of all that working out, even if the scales haven't shifted yet :)

Consider creating a journal over in the diary section so we can get to know you and follow your journey as you reach you Goal :D
 
hi... it seems like we have the same problem and are about the same size...maybe we can help support each other
