New Member want to ask few questions about weightlifting

Sup Guys new member here :cool:
and heres the thing i want to start with... i have been weightlifting for a year now and i weigh like 100 lbs anyone know y i aint getting ne bigger i mean i just weightlift everyday w/o a routine. can neone here help me make a good body building training routine?

Eat. Lift, with a routine. If I were you, I'd wait another year or two to lift. But since you're probably going to lift anyway..

I would go either with a upper/lower split, push/pull split, or just a plain full body routine.

I'll give you an example of a upper/lower split.

Mon. Upper
--Pull Ups
--Bench Press
--Seated Rows
--Military Press
--Weighted Crunches

Wed. Lower
--Squats
--Deads
--Goodmornings
--Calf Raises

Fri. Upper

Next Mon. Lower

Next Wed. Upper

Next Fri. Lower... etc..


Simple, quick, and effective..
 
i c, but i weigh like 100 lbs lol im one skinny asian here i want to gain weight too plus i want to build up young because once u get older like in mid 30's ull start losing some muscles

and also ty for the example of the routine ill try to do that

I know but trust me, gaining weight will come very easy once your natrual testosterone levels raise.. which will be around 17 or 18.. And the last thing you want to do is hurt yourself before then, and have an ongoing injury throughout your peak years.. Oh, and ensure you have good form on all of those exercises, especially the dead and the squat, it's very easy to do it wrong..
