hey guys. this is my first post here and i have a few questions about weight loss. i just completes my freshman year and college and gained a great amount of weight (nearly 20 pounds). for about a week now ive been going to the gym every day lifting and cardio for 30 mins. my questions are as follows:
1) should i be doing cardio every single day? ive heard that ideally, one should do it 3-4 times a week.
2) should i drink protein after every workout, even if i want to lose weight?
3) i believe i have a case of gynecomastia. are there any exercises that i can do to make it less noticable? i dont really mind the puffy nipple part, however, i do mind the enlargement of the breast.
4) are there any other tips you guys have for me in my quest to lose 20- 30 pounds?
