New member-questions

Hi, I'm a new member on the forum and I used the search and couldn't find a topic on this subject.

I've never been athletic and I'm trying to into shape this summer. I've always been tall and skinny, but over my sophmore year of college, I've acquired something of a belly, fat around my midsection, and my chest has gained a little bit of weight. My goal this summer is to slim down my belly, get some defined abs, and work on my arms and chest. I'm just starting, and if I could get any pointers on what some good ideas would be to do, especially what foods I should be eating or avoiding, I would certainly appreciate the help!

But my main question is this: I have always had a concave chest. It's not too bad, but its defiantly a dip in my chest, starting about an inch or two below my collar bone, and going all the way down to the bottom of my ribcage. It's just a slight dip. (I looked "Concave Chest" up on wikipedia, and I don't look nearly as bad as the guy in the picture, Pectus excavatum - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)
this has always given my breasts a kind of "manboob" look. I'm hoping to get rid of that look and put muscles in its place. But my question is- If I am planning on working out my abs, chest and arms, what kind of results or problems can I expect to run into while working on my chest?

I don't know if it helps but I'm 20 year old male, 6'2", about 190- 180 pounds.

Thanks for the help on both things!
