Hello...I'm a mother of two kids and I currently stay at home. Being home and my two pregnancies has made me put some extra kilos. I'm here with the hope of losing those kilos...I currently do cycling or walking for an hour everyday and also try to restrict my calorie consumption to 1200 per day. I don't know what I am not doing right which is the reason for me not ale to lose a pound. I need some genuine advice please..thanks in advance
