New member - not sure about abs exercises

Hi, I've been going to the gym since the beginning of this year, but I've always not been sure of what exercises to do regarding my abs. Currently I do the following:

Day 1

2 x 20 flat bench pull ins
3 x 10 radial torso machine (55kg)
2 x 20 flat bench crunches
2 x 10 flat bench lying leg raise

Day 2

2 x 20 Knee/Hip Raise On Parallel Bars
3 x 10 - not sure of name - you lie facing foward on a bench at 30 degrees and bend forward from the waist with hands behind head.
3 x 10 side bends
2 x 20 flat bench crunches
2 x 10 flat bench lying leg raise

I normally go to the gym every other day and sometimes do crunches on my exercise ball at home in between.

I have seen a bit of improvement but not alot. As I say, I'm not really sure what I should be doing, can anybody help please ?

Hi there, In my own training to keep my body fat low I tend do circuit training that incorporates the core in my workout. Power exercsises, cardio and core exercises will keep your body fat low or reduce it and show your abs. I do this workout often and it is great for my physique
