New Member....needs Help!

Hi everyone,

I just joined WorldFitness as I am currently needing fitness advice. I am 22 years old and live in Australia.

Basically to cut my story short, I weighed 92kg or 202lbs and I went on Jenny Craig. I successfully lost 17kg (37lbs). That was about 6 months ago, I have been counting my kilojoules everyday and weigh approximately 72kg (158lbs).

I currently eat between 7000 and 9000 kj per day. I do about 35mins per day on my ellipital trainer which burns about 800 calories. I do this around 4-5 times a week.


Below are some results:

The Bodyfat Percentage (BF%) of a 182cm male with a 36cm neck, and a 89cm abdomen is 20% Recommended BF% for a man is 15%.

I am trying to make sense of this information. These are the results. Can anyone explain this to me, or help me to understand what I need to be doing to achieve the body I desire!
