New member, looking to alter my routine

Hi. I'm a 38 year old woman who started getting serious about working out about a year ago. I had been maintaining a relatively lean 124 lb body weight (I'm 5'7") until the birth of my third child and found that I just couldn't lose the last 10 lbs. I started doing about 5-6 hrs/week of cardio, 1-2 hrs light strength training/ week, and about 1-2 hours of yoga/ week. Within 3 months, I was down to 123 lbs and doing well, hit a plateau, and then actually started gaining the weight back on (definitely fat and not muscle, no change in routine or diet). I'm definitely feeling burned out am looking to start hiit, in addition to shifting more of a focus onto strength training. I actually did my first hiit routine yesterday for 25 minutes and I couldn't believe how much I could feel it all day yesterday. This morning, I did about 30 minutes of moderate cardio and am planning on yoga this afternoon. I was planning to strength train tomorrow and repeat hiit the following day. I'm definitely feeling guilty about decreasing the time I'm spending on cardio but am trying to focus on the fact that it just hasn't been working for me lately.

I'd like to keep a routine incorporating hiit (and possibly also traditional moderate cardio?) along with strength training and yoga. I'm curious what type of programs other people have been doing when they're incorporating multiple modalities into their routine. I'm looking to lose fat and build lean muscle. Thanks.
