New member from Montreal area

Hi everybody, I am not a newbie to training but my big problem is that I procrastinate a lot and loose interest fast.

At home, I have a little training room well equiped that would make a lot of people jalous. I have a Super Bench, Power Blocks, medecine balls, a punching bag, a double-end bag, kettlebells, a jumping rope and a lot more.

I would like to be able to train regularly and be motivated again. I am a 5'8, 177 pounds guy and I would like to improve my overall fitness.
 
If you loses interest fast then training sessions should be no longer than 10 minutes. Continue to add new things to your training. Make the training FUN. End the session with a few minutes of play.
