New Member - From BC!

Hi there,

My name is Liz, I'm from Victoria on Vancouver Island, B.C. *waves*

I work in a local gym and am a former competitive gymnast. I take a personal interest in health and fitness. I've recently come out of a "slump" with an unwanted weight gain following surgery and illness (mono). I'm feeling alot better now but i'm left with about 30-40lbs of unwanted fat. I am doing a combination of cardio, strength training, swimming, and sauna sessions to try and work the weight off.

I'm eating fairly healthy, have been eating less simple carbs, and have added alot more salad and fibre to my diet. I take a Vega Protein powder, Omega 3/Flax supplement, Multivitamin, and Vitamin D3.

21 year old female
5'1
CW: 140lbs, GW:100-105lbs. I know this is an achievable goal, I am at my highest weight of my life, my normal weight is typically 112lbs.
Bodyfat: 29.5%, goal is around 15%
BMI: 27, goal is around 20
